Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Wall Street Women’s Alliance.
The Wall Street Women’s Alliance (WSWA) is an inter-firm network of networks, dedicated to creating a culture that enables women to advance to c-suite roles in the financial services industry—and WSWA members collaborate to achieve this shared objective.
WSWA membership operates at a firm-level. WSWA member firms are leading financial and consulting companies with robust or growing women’s networks, and a commitment to creating a culture that enables women to advance to c-suite roles in the financial services industry.
Each member firm appoints a team of WSWA Firm Representatives (typically 2 to 4 women) who are involved in leadership roles that promote women’s advancement within their own firms and are interested in learning and sharing best practices with others.
Benefits of WSWA Membership
WSWA facilitates cross-firm collaboration, as a means to realizing our shared vision of creating a culture that enables women to advance to c-suite roles in the financial services industry.
WSWA provides a forum for women’s network leaders to share valuable insights that can be leveraged to strengthen each firm’s network.
Meaningful Networking Opportunities
WSWA creates meaningful networking opportunities for employees of member firms.
Commitments of WSWA Firm Representatives
Attending Quarterly Meetings
- Representatives attend quarterly meetings, which are hosted by the WSWA Governance Board.
- These meetings serve as a forum for members to share ideas about how to best further the network’s mission, and discuss recent and upcoming activities.
- Member firms host events, which can take various forms such as panel discussions for ~100 attendees or best practices roundtable discussions for ~20 attendees. Member firms often collaborate to co-host events.
- Each firm typically hosts an event every 12 to 18 months.
Identifying Network Participants
Representatives identify individuals within their organization who are committed to WSWA’s mission and would be meaningful participants in WSWA events.
