Paget is the global head of both Institutional Capital Markets and Consultant Relations within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM).

In this role, she focuses on product development and marketing of GSAM’s strategies to investment consultants and institutional clients, which include corporate pension plans, public pension plans, foundations, endowments and insurers. Paget also leads the team within GSAM that is responsible for the development of middlemarket institutional relationships. Paget serves as co-head of the Firmwide Women’s Network and as a member of the Governance Board of the Wall Street Women’s Alliance.

Previously, Paget co-led the Alternative Capital Markets Group (ACM) within the Investment Management Division. ACM is responsible for sourcing, structuring and marketing alternative investments. Paget joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 as part of the Debt Capital Markets Group and was named managing director in 2009.

Paget earned a BA in Politics from Princeton University. She is a CFA charterholder.
